The Opportunity

The Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of New South Wales Business School offers innovative, experiential, world-class programs designed to equip a new generation of leaders to make an impact in an accelerating world.
You'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional participant experience, proactively supporting learners before, during, and after their programs to ensure they feel connected, supported, and engaged throughout their AGSM journey. The role focuses on participant success, program engagement, and post-program initiatives across both digital and face-to-face settings. It helps build strong leadership communities, encourages lifelong learning and professional development, and supports ongoing connection with AGSM through advocacy, contribution, thought leadership, and ambassador opportunities.
The position reports to the Head of Program Delivery and has no direct reports.

Who you are
You can demonstrate the following skills and experience
- Delivering exceptional customer, participant, or stakeholder experiences in a service-oriented environment.
- Relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse audiences.
- Highly proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, or events simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Confidence working with a range of technology platforms including Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM systems, project management software, Microsoft Office applications, and collaboration tools.
- High emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and confidence facilitating group interactions and participant engagement activities.
- Experience in Executive Education, Professional Development, Adult Learning, Learning & Development would be advantageous but is not essential.
