The Senior Program Analyst supports the PMO function for the BOS program by providing integrated reporting, data analysis, and governance insights across all workstreams. The role provides and supports the PMO’s single source of truth for program performance, enabling informed decision-making through a consolidated view of program health and detailed analysis of workstream-level performance across schedule, risks, resources, and financials.

- Maintain program-wide governance artefacts, including risks, issues, actions, and decisions, ensuring they are traceable, up to date, and aligned with PMO standards.
- Support integrated planning by monitoring milestones, critical path activities, and cross-stream dependencies to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across all reporting tools and outputs, upholding the PMO as the single source of truth.
- Prepare high-quality reporting packs, insights, and analysis for SteerCo, PMG, and other governance forums to drive informed decision-making.
- Evaluate program performance data to identify trends, variances, and emerging risks, escalating critical matters and advising leadership on strategic adjustments.
- Translate complex program, project, and financial data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate cross-workstream PMO operations to ensure alignment across delivery activities, governance processes, and reporting cadences.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent substantial experience, paired with a practical understanding of modern project management methodologies in fast-paced program environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI to build dynamic dashboards, standardise governance reporting, and deliver ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholder forums.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes, and translate complex insights clearly.
